The Arts and Culture Committee will be chaired by Pilsen Outpost and will focus on the following:

• Creating Process for Public Art Along Trail
• Ensuring Art is Community Driven
• Including Established, Emerging, and Youth Artists
• Identifying Locations for Art
• Coordinating with 25th Ward Arts & Culture Committee
• Establishing Partnerships with Property Owners
